By accessing or using Table Tennis Tube (tabletennistube.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Table Tennis Tube provides tournament management tools, brackets, public results pages, club directory information, news/articles, watch/highlights links, and related utilities for table tennis organizers, players, clubs, and fans. Some features are free; premium features may be offered for a fee.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at info@tabletennistube.com.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms service stability, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Do not use the service to spam, cheat in competitions, or misrepresent tournament results.

5. Tournament Management and Public Results

Organizers are responsible for ensuring their events comply with applicable laws, venue rules, and association requirements. Participants must behave respectfully and sportsmanlike. Harassment, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal from events or suspension from the platform. Public tournament pages, brackets, and scores may be visible to anyone with the link or via search engines when published.

6. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Table Tennis Tube a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service (for example public tournament pages, news, and club listings). You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Table Tennis Tube name, branding, software, and site design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the platform except as allowed by law or written permission.

8. Advertising

The free service may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. Ad content is provided by third parties; we are not responsible for advertiser products or claims. See our Privacy Policy for cookie and ad choices.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free brackets, or that tournament outcomes will be free of organizer mistakes. Always verify critical event details with the organizer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Table Tennis Tube and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, harmed other users, or created legal or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your location require otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
